  • Oversee + manage collateral design

Program and A/V

  • Secure audio-visual providers & tech teams

  • Create event scripts and technical scripts/run of show

  • Manage graphic content and media with client/tech team

Talent

  • Secure varying levels of talent and performers and speakers from local to A-list

  • Serve as point of contact with speakers, Master of Ceremonies, and honorees

Registration

  • Create and manage an online registration site

  • Pull & prepare guest lists

  • Send guest confirmations

  • Create nametags in advance and onsite

  • Provide digital guest check-in

Auctions and Fund-a-Need

  • Create and produce bid sheets, bid signs, and invoices

  • Set up and oversee silent auctions

  • Handle on-site auction check-in and cashout

Volunteers

  • Recruit, train, and manage a core group of volunteers and staff participants from your organization

Follow-Up

  • Post-event evaluations and debriefs

  • Thank vendors and volunteers

 

how we work

With Do Good Events you can choose from three different approaches:

Full Event Production

We do all of the heavy lifting in order to leave time for you to cultivate your major donors and sponsors. When you sign a full contract with Do Good Events, we include unlimited consulting on any element of event production.

Hybrid Production/Consulting

If you have a tight budget, but you have the people power to get the work done, we can help. We’ll provide consulting leading up to the event and we’ll manage the event so that you and your team can breathe easy and mingle instead of tearing your hair out. (Limited availability)

Consulting 

We are available on an hourly basis to consult on any area of event production, from program to venue selection to sponsorship recruitment.
