  • Design collateral (we have design partners that we can bring on board)

Program and AV

  • Secure audio-visual providers
  • Create event scripts and technical scripts

Talent

  • Serve as point of contact with speakers, Master of Ceremonies, and honorees
  • Research and secure performers and entertainment

Registration

  • Create and manage online registration site
  • Pull guest lists
  • Send guest confirmations
  • Provide iPad check-in

Auctions and Fund-a-Need

  • Manage and run silent and live auctions
  • Create and produce bid sheets, bid signs, and invoices
  • Set up and oversee silent auctions 
  • Handle on site auction cashout

Volunteers

  • Recruit, train, and manage a core group of volunteers and staff participants from your organization

Follow-Up

  • Post-event evaluations and debriefs
  • Event surveys and feedback forms
  • Thank vendors and volunteers

 

how we work

With Do Good Events you can choose from three different approaches:

Full Event Production

We do all the heavy lifting in order to leave time for you to cultivate your major donors and sponsors. When you sign a full contract with DGE, we include unlimited consulting on any element of event production.

Consulting 

We are available on an hourly basis to consult on any area of event production, from logistics to sustainability.  

Hybrid Production/Consulting

If you have a tight budget, but you have the people power to get the work done, we can help.  We’ll provide consulting leading up to the event, and we’ll manage the event so that you and your team can breathe easy and mingle instead of tearing your hair out.  (Limited availability)
